On March 1, 2017 a Monmouth County woman driving straight through an intersection was injured when another vehicle left turned in front of her causing a collision wherein a second vehicle then struck our client’s vehicle in the rear. As a result, our client sustained meniscus tears to both knees necessitating arthroscopic surgery to both knees as well as pain management injections.
Gregg Williams handled the case for the office and was able to reach an out-of-court settlement at a recent telephonic settlement conference. Mr. Williams was able to secure a settlement of $2.25 million for our client. This was one of the largest settlements statewide for 2020.
